# Plex Download Error Only On Android

Downloads are not working.

Here are some facts:

- I had to reinstall Plex media server but downloads were working on the server installed on this same computer and network before.

- Downloads only don’t work on Android both Samsung Galaxy S8 Ultra and Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra but do work on my wife’s iPhone

Here is what I’ve tried:

- clearing app data
- clearing app cache
- Reinstalling mobile app

All I see is the error message shown in the attached photo. Can someone help me figure out what is happening here please?
