# Plex Download's not working

Hi, on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+ Pro I can’t get Plex Downloads to work. The Tablet is current up to date on Android 12. My previous version of Plex it’d just spin on end and never download anything. I’ve since restarted it, uninstalled/reinstalled Plex (9.5.0) and still can’t get it to work. It shows it has been downloaded, but when I go to play it (it shows in my Downloads tab too), it can’t find the media. I did have Plex Downloads set to be on my SD Card I have in stalled there, tried changing Downloads to locally and still no go. Same behavior as before. Anything else I should try? Thanks.

So looks like I needed to change the App Setting under Settings \> Apps \> Allowed and change it to include Media in there. After that (for the most part, having one other issue on a specific show) fixed it for all my other Movies and TV Shows.
