# Plex DVR Fails to save recording

I have a daily recording scheduled. The Web Manager \> Recordings interface shows that the recording was “Recorded Successfully”. However there is no file in the Recorded TV folder. Just the recordings from earlier in week.
System was restarted earlier in day.
Wonder if the commercial removing algorithm deleted the whole show?
Will find some logs.
