You’ll basically have to do a giant [Plex Dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064) with all of the files in the library, or you could rebuild the whole library by deleting and recreating it. The [Plex Dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064) should fix it though as long as you haven’t diddled around with the agents settings. Are you sure the shows don’t exist in [The TVDB](https://thetvdb.com/)? It contains a surprising amount of content. Even weird stuff. You just have to make sure you name your files correctly for the agents to match it.
