Plex endlessly coping recorded TV shows to recylce

Hello everyone. I have a problem that is driving me crazy. I have PMS installed on a QNAP NAS with the latest firmware. I record TV shows using the Plex DVR through an HD HomeRun. The shows are initially stored in Multimedia -> TV Shows -> Show Folder -> Show Season. Lately I have been finding endless copies of the shows in the Multimedia -> Recycle -> TV Shows. Like 14 TB worth of them!

I have emptied the recycle bin multiple time, tried changing Plex DVR setting (i.e. unchecking remove commercials), but it keeps happening.

Anyone know why it is doing this? It is driving me crazy.

Thank you. I have migrated all my plex files to a new folder that I created. I’ll see if that fixes everything.
