# Plex Error

Using plex player on Samsung S8 Tablet & Sony Xperia 1 III, at random times the video will start playing backwards & the audio starts from the beginning, then get an error saying internet connection isn’t fast enough to play selected file even though the devices are offline & playing a downloaded file, app on both devices & server is upto date.
