# Plex for Android app not recognizing updated server

Server Version#: 1.41.6.9685  
Player Version#: 2025.15.0 (966828394)

When trying to view my servers, I get a Server is outdated error.  
But my server is higher than the requested update?

Does anyone have any thoughts on how to fix?

@fe2mike : can you try to force-quit the app on your Android and test again?

@tehekaj : make sure to pick the right installer package. There’s a package for DSM 7 and one for 7.2.2 and newer releases. Those packages are not compatible as Syno made some significant changes with DSM 7.2.2.
