**Plex for Xbox 360 (Update 2014-12-18)**

This update requires Plex Media Server 0.9.11.5 or newer. Plex Pass users can download a [preview release](https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201844613-Early-Access-Preview-Releases) of the server from [https://plex.tv/downloads](https://plex.tv/downloads)

&nbsp;

**NEW:**

- Music libraries!
- Photo libraries!
- Channels _(see note below)_
- Watch Later _(see note below)_
- Recommendations _(see note below)_

**FIXES:**

- Fixed issue with server not being found after Xbox Live sign out and signing back in
- Now Playing activity is updated properly when media has been stopped
- Video quality setting changes are now remembered
- Fixed text cropping on show and episode screens
- Listing correct Movie and TV episode pivots for Related content
- Fixed server discovery so that local servers are tried first before selecting shared servers

**Plex for Xbox 360 is now free for everyone and no longer requires a Plex Pass to use the app**.

**NEW:**

- Improved music experience (Plex Mix, music videos, and rating of tracks)
- Cinema Trailers and Extras
- Fast User Switching
- [Plex Companion](https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/sections/200276908-Plex-Companion) (Remote Control) (requires Plex Media Server v0.9.12.8 or newer)
- Full support for Play Queues
- Full support for Playlists

**FIXES:**

- Added "Stop” button in music player
- Added “Network Logging” option to assist with troubleshooting
- Allow the subtitle size to be changed
- Watch Later, Recommended, and Channel content is now playable for all sources
- Improved browsing experience

**NOTE:** This update may require you to reconnect the app to your Plex account via the [https://plex.tv/pin](https://plex.tv/pin) method.

Xbox 360 will not receive any further updates as announced in our Xbox forum in Oct 2017.
