# Plex for Xbox hangs after pausing remote stream

Server Version#: 10.0.26100.8866 (“Platform version”)  
Player Version#: 5.94.1 (“Client version”)

When playing a stream from a remote (external) server, if the playback is paused even for a short period, the app hard hangs soon after resuming playback. It must be force quit from the Xbox home screen and relaunched. This occurs consistently. New issue in the past two weeks or so. Unable to reproduce on a server internal to the network.
