I'm having the same issue. I'm getting PlexAPI: We failed to reach a server. Reason: Unauthorized for all my libraries. ---

Only one thing, if i sign out from myplex and sign in again, it will show my libraries since I haven't select a user... ---

Would it be possible to have a pop up once you enter plexconnect that will ask you who's watching tv, just like netflix? P.s: don't get me wrong, this feature is great! Just try to have it the more secure for my kids. I think the best will be to automatically sign out from any user when you quit plexconnect and once you got back it ask you who's watching. If it's impossible, no problems at all with the way it is right now, i just have to be careful!! ---

I get the same error after updating to the latest commit :( in the log it now says it found 2 servers and also gets an key for my local server etc but then it says unauthorized.. ---

It's not working for me either, it seems exactly like in the prior version with 23:00:32 PlexAPI: No Response from Plex Media Server 23:00:32 PlexAPI: The server couldn't fulfill the request. Error code: 401 23:00:33 PlexAPI: No Response from Plex Media Server 23:00:33 PlexAPI: The server couldn't fulfill the request. Error code: 404 error messages and not showing more than "Search" as "library" under the plex-home-enabled server. Anything I could do to make it work? ---

\>\>the same error after updating Well, I said "unexplainable"... Let's hope I was right. :-D Errors might show up eg. when you GDM your PMS, which doesn't accept requests without auth. But then trigger it without being signed into myPlex, or without a home user - cause PlexConnect would try an empty token, that for sure shouldn't work. Falco, Maddhin: Signed in into myPlex? Selected a user for PlexHome? I guess, I need more details, probably a full log... send it per PM if you fear the tokens. ---

The only effect is when I sign in to MyPlex, the Cloud appears and shows the libraries in the cloud. No, I am running the latest version of PMS (9.11.7) on a Qnap = no access with PlexConnect and a older PMS (9.10.3, "non-PlexHome") on Win7 = access with PlexConnect no problem. There is another remote PMS (also non-PlexHome) but that is not showing on PlexConnect. But both, the win7 and remote PMS are only backup until the Qnap one is running with PlexConnect as intended.... ---

Updated to PMS 0.9.11.7.803 on my Linux Server and things broken like others posted in this thread. Only resolved it today by removing Plex Home on the server + removing the PIN from Admin account. Not really a fixed but things are working again on the AppleTV. ---

cmccallu: Using PlexConnect's new PlexHome feature? Please provide an overview of your setup (e.g. PMS connected to...), a log with level=High, going into trailers and possibly changing users, either in paste bin (or similar) or attached here... ---

Baa, as I read cmccallu's post, he could only get it to work by switching off the PlexHome feature on PMS which seems the common work-around to get PlexConnect working again with PMS. ---

I didn't see any option in my PMS which could interfere with PlexConnect except the "network auth" option which I have not switched on. The PlexConnect side of things I cannot judge. I tried the latest version of PlexConnect on Win7 and on Qnap, both with same results = no access. I'm happy to help if you can lead me through the process of finding the problem. Maybe there is something messed up with my PMS install? But it works with several PHT clients (using PlexHome) without problems. In my opinion (based on the fact that the CloudSync starts showing when logging in with my user), the log-in process works fine but there is a problem showing the libraries. Maybe this process does not use the 'PlexHome auth' yet? Dunno, just guessing what the problem could be. Thanks for your efforts, which are highly appreciated!! ---

I still have no idea if you even selected a "HomeUser" in PlexConnect. Give me more information. :-D As for the log, it's not loglevel=High, it's a copy of the terminal print, right? Hi guys I enable plex Home and setup 3 users Everything is working ok, but if find some little problem. I don't have the subtitle enable by default. Even when my files are for example movie.m4v movie.es.srt There is a way to solve this ??? Thanks in advance  ---
