There is the general [Plex for HTPC](https://forums.plex.tv/t/plex-htpc/703783) announcement thread that details each release and there is also the [Introducing Plex for HTPC](https://forums.plex.tv/t/introducing-plex-htpc/703075) thread which appears to be updated with the latest links on each release at present.
