Have either of you tried [Chuck’s DBRepair](https://github.com/ChuckPa/PlexDBRepair)?  
He introduced it a few weeks ago [in an SQLite thread](https://forums.plex.tv/t/suggested-sqlite3-db-optimizations/794749) that’s targeting optimization.
