The idea is to constantly have content you have chosen streaming so multiple users could watch, example, create a kids channel where every day I have programmed a certain show to air at a certain time, no play/pause features here, anyone that tunes to that “channel” will need to watch it at the same time, even allow the user to pick YouTube or local videos to air as “ads” if one si wishes. 3 channels at least, so one could arrange one for kids, other for shows and another one for movies. The idea here is to provide a more TV like experience and also, multiple users could stream a channel at the same time (direct play necessary) without destroying the server with transcodes or upload speeds.
