PMS 1.3.4 Windows 10 Pro I went away for the weekend and when I came back Plex refuses to run. As soon as I launch it it closes. There’s no crash log. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it doesn’t fix the issue. What should I check next? ---

I see that you have had crashes in `CompPkgSup.DLL` which is the bug introduced as part of windows cumulative patch `KB3216755`. There is a faulty windows api that is crashing (`AreDVDCodecsEnabled`). There are many forum topics / posts on this You can search the forums for `CompPkgSup.DLL` or `KB3216755` or `AreDVDCodecsEnabled` to see them Plex Media Server has been changed to avoid calling the faulty api and this has been released initially to Plex Pass users in version 1.4.1 of Plex Media Server. I do not have any information as to when that will be available as Public Release ---
