Im running my plex on a Synology server and for years I’ve never had any problems until yesterday when it stopped matching my movies. is there anyone else out there having this problem? ---

Can you stop the server, Using FileStation, Make a ZIP file of the “Logs” folder (Underneath “Plex Media Server” folder) Download it and attach it? Or just attach the server-generated logs ZIP file ? Does it say “Not Authorized”? ---

Im sorry but Im not the most tech savvy person so when I try to do what you asked im having issues. Also, I just tried to match them again and I was able to do two of them but then it stopped. ---

Let me know if this helps, I was able to match three movies but now its not letting me anymore ---

( Syno: Control Panel- Network - Network Interface - Default Gateway) ---
