About what time did you try?
This morning. I tried optimizing a movie and waited few minutes and it was stuck at 0% and it said you have one problem with optimized settings. Then I downloaded the logs and posted it.
Ok, what movie was it?
Edit - And can you provide the screenshot with the error?
Ah, nevermind. Found it.
Feb 26, 2020 08:18:06.875 [15112] ERROR - Couldn’t find the file to stream: A:\Mixed\Aquaman (2018)\Aquaman 2018 1080p BluRay DD+7.1 x264-DON.en.srt
Plex is unable to find/cannot read that subtitle.
Oh, I have auto generated subtitles for all the movies using a plugin called subzero. Do I have to delete the subtitle files and plugin ?
Does that file even exist? Subzero will download the subtitles alongside your movie. That location is not the same as your movie. Did you move something?
Try refreshing your movie. If that doesn’t work, you’ll need to Plex Dance the file.
No, that Mixed folder doesn’t exist. I moved everything to different folders. The folder in which Aquaman movie file is also has the .srt file. What do you mean by Plex Dance the file ?
Here are steps for the dance. The Plex Dance ™
Thanks for the link. What is
- empty trash
- clean bundles
in the process ? Like emptying OS trashbin ?
From Plex Web, click on “more” at the bottom of the sidebar. Find your server, to the right, there will be 3 dots, click it. Then select Manage Server. You’ll see those options there.
