# Plex is Not Reachable

I just built a new computer and installed a fresh version of PMS and I cant log into my server. It comes up

# Plex is not reachable.

## Make sure your server has an internet connection and any firewalls or other programs are set to allow access

I have turned off my anti virus and firewall to be sure this was not the problem and it changes nothing.

I am able to sign into the server from my shield however. I’m very confused
