Hi folks,
Plex just started to optimize my whole movie collection for mobile sync, without me asking for it.
After the optimization process finishes, the files do not appear in the “optimized versions” tab. They just disappear. Is there any option that triggers this process?

Are you sharing your server with someone else? If you enable the option for then to use mobile sync, they can initiate that and it won’t show in Plex Web.
Okay i figured it out. One of my users accidentially synced the whole movie library.
There seems to be no option to cancel all sync jobs on my server at once. Maybe i should do a feature request…
There isn’t a way to cancel sync jobs created by your user.
