Since I’ve upgraded to MacOS 27, my boot ups would hang. At first, I just unplugged the USB hard drives and try again, which would resolve it (logging into the account that runs my Plex server). Then I tried signing into as another user (does not run the Plex server) and that booted fine with all the hard drives attached. Then I took out all the login items and signed into the main user (normally runs Plex server) and that was fine. I added Plex server to the login items and it hung again. I tried this a few more times with the same results.

Has anyone else reported issues when booting into a Mac for the first time with Plex Server? If the hard drives are unplugged, it starts up fine - I’m guessing that’s because it can’t find the drives to scan.
