Plex is telling me my program Guide is empty

I’m getting the problem on 1.6.1. I recorded something at 1:30 this morning so it happened later in the day and I had a tv guid until at least Nov. 2 yesterday. I noticed that @dwclarknu has Fios does anyone else? I looked up channels that had changed in Fios and a couple have been or will be removed this month. Reelz (one of the channels shutting down) is still showing up as an active channel although I didn’t have it selected so I don’t think that particular channel is the problem.

Having same problem on Win10. Never had any issues until now.
Was on 1.9.4.4325 when problem occurred. Updated to 1.9.6.4385, same issue.
Deleted and re-added HDhomerun prime, same result.

Try disabling SONLIFE FIOS Channel 297.

I can confirm. I removed SONLIFE 297 and a guide is now downloading. Does anybody know why this would work? Would it work by disabling any other channel?

Disabling SONL (SONLIFE) CH 193 WOW-Digital worked!

Already had it disabled, don’t have any SD stations enabled, but still no guide data.

Had the same problem, removed SONLIFE 297 and now it’s working. How annoying.

Same result here. Thanks for the fix. Do you have any troubleshooting steps? I don’t see anything related to this channel in the Plex Media Server/Logs directory.

wow, that just happened to me (it updated the guide but got nothing) and disabling channel 297 worked for me as well

Removing SONLIFE 297 worked for me. Using FIOS on HDHomeRun Prime with Plex 1.9.6.4385.

Removed SONLIFE 293 on WOW, thanks for the fix! How will I ever get my christian prayer tv fix now? LOL
