# Plex keeps randomly rewinding

For some reason starting tonight, when I try to watch a tv show or movie, it will randomly skip back 10-20 seconds. I’ve tried 2 different devices now and same result. Not sure what’s going on. I tried to check the “ Use alternate streaming protocol for video playback” option, but it’s not helping. Anyone have any advice on how to fix this?
