# Plex keeps showing "not authorized"

I have no idea what’s going on, but when I sign in on the app and the web it just keeps saying “not authorized” and that I don’t have access to this server. I don’t understand at all. I reset my password and I claimed the server already. I’m not a very tech savvy person so I’m confused on what to do.

You need to claim it again, in order to restore access to it.

After importing the registry file, follow the link to the “new claiming requirement for Windows” and follow its instructions.
