# Plex Latest Version Unstable Crash tied to Python and CRITICAL (runtime:1128) 'refresh\_servers'

Crashing a few moments after starting every time since upgrading to latest version of Plex. Unable to maintain server open. Logs attached. Seems to involve “Refresh Servers Call” Or perhaps whatever call happens immediately after. Any help appreciated.

Pretty sure I solved it. An old iPad got turned on, that had the older “Sync” with two unsynced items in it. Looks like the legacy sync might now cause a crash when it picks up the old sync/transcodes.
Steps to solve:
1. Manually removed all syncs from the ipad
2. Attempted to delete/stop the conversions on the server side GUI, but it didn’t seem to matter.
3. Fully deleted the Plex app from ipad removing what looked like 3-5gigs of stuck synced data that I could no longer reference or need.
4. Restarted server.
