# Plex Lifetime

Hello,  
On April 2016, I paid for the lifetime Plex pass. I have the payal transactionID and all that.However, I didn’t get anything from Plex in return. As such I don’t have the Lifetime Flex pass.

I know its been a couple of years, but this has not been a priority until now.
