# Plex Live TV & DVR EPG not present

I am having a ton of problems with my Plex live TV & DVR. for no reason I started getting a spinning status circle saying “we are now building your Guide Hang Tight While We download all the data for what’s on”.

and in the Settings\>LiveTV&DVR i see this

I have stopped the plex server and restarted the physical server removed the DVR rebooted the physical server, reinstalled the LiveTV setup, and still the same thing. I have even upgraded to Version 4.62.1. any help would be appreciated.
