I tried to install Live Tv on a Plex Media Server running on a NUC. Provider would be Cablecom from Switzerland. If I search for channels on the winTV Application I can find all expected channeld, but if I search for them on the Plex i can’t find any channels.
I’m using a Hauppauge WinTV-soloHD as recommended by Plex connected over Cable.
If I connect it to the Antenna delivered with the Hauppauge WinTV-soloHD i cand find the National Channels from Switzerland, which are like 5 channels.
Already tried to uninstall WinTV, Reinstall driver seperately, removed a splitter.
Any Ideas how to get this working?
I’m not familiar with European digital transmission, however it sounds like your cable TV channels are encrypted. If that is the case, then Plex will not decrypt and display those channels.
