Plex Media Player doesn't find all my content

I use a Plex Server and the Plex Media Player to access WMV files that I created and that I have saved on my laptop. The Media Player find SOME of the content but not a new file I just created. Why? How do I **_add _**a file in the same folder as the Media Player current finds?

Also, how do I **_remove _**a commercial movie that the Media Player added to the Player options it is showing?

In Settings - Server - Library Make sure that update my library automatically is checked. To remove movie -When the movie shows in the play window click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the page (more). Select delete.
