Server Version#: 1.24.1.4931 Player Version#: 4.59.2 [Plex Media Server Logs\_2021-09-06\_10-20-26.zip](https://forums.plex.tv/uploads/short-url/16dNE3cowklCzgV61hxRRRkv23h.zip) (4.5 MB) Hello, Plex Media Server has been crashing with out notice for about 2-3 months. No notice, when I go to watch TV it does not come up i have to click on the Media Server to open. We have two computers one is the recorder and the other we watch the recording and live TV. The both computer are running Windows 10 64x the 2 computer are connected over Ethernet 3. Please see the attached log Please help. Thank you, Eric G ---

Hello Eric I have experienced the same issue with Plex on Synology DS214play NAS device. Plex status will be Running and then an hour later Stopped without notice. This has happened 3 times thus far over the past 2 weeks. I had Debugging disabled but today I enabled Debugging to gather information on the next crash. I initially installed Plex on the NAS in 2015. This is the first issue of this type I have seen on my setup. Has anyone else experienced a problem of this type lately? MG ---

Thanks @eric_goedrich_gmail_com for the dump files I have looked at these and passed the results of the crash analysis to the development team I am wondering if it is to with the mismatch in show name between what is in the filename and the grandparent directory for this show `Who's The Boss` The directory is `Who's The Boss (2020)` but the show title in the filename for Season 4 Episode 4 is `Who's the Boss (1984)` ---

I tried it myself and having the inconsistencies in the name did not crash the server for me ---
