Server Version#:1.42.2.10156 (x64) Player Version#: Windows 11 I have installed Plex Media Server but the program doesn´t start at any time. No error information. I have uninstalled and reinstalled for several times without success. ---

Are you going to [http://localhost:32400/web](http://localhost:32400/web) after install? There’s no traditional app that opens, the server runs in the background and you access it via browser. ---

Could the user be suffering from the Win11 localhost bug that MS introduced on Patch Tuesday, Oct 14th? ---

Yes! Plex Media Server has been installed correct but it is impossible to start the program! I cannot open the program in the task bar. The option “open with” is missing….! So I cannot manage my own medias. ---

You cannot just open a media file “with Plex” as if Plex was a normal media player. It is not. Start "Plex Media _Server"_ using the regular Windows Start menu.
