My Plex media server on Nvidia Shield TV suddenly stopped working on 15 May 2020 and the external hard disk attached to the shield with all my movies has now crashed.
The PMS is now not restarting and I have lost all my collection of movies!!!

No. Have backup for some movies which I took a year ago.

In that case you can try to salvage individual files from the broken HDD… but otherwise you’re out of luck / need to start over.
