I keep having Plex Media server crash very frequently, and consistently for some files. This is a somewhat recent development, perhaps introduced with the latest release I have (version 1.0.0.2261), though I’m not sure about that. I don’t know where else to get support for this. It has generated crash dump files and there are log files if someone knows what to do with them. I tried a repair installation, and then an uninstall and re-install and neither action had any positive impact. Though the uninstall didn’t appear to have removed any preferences because my library settings were preserved. I hope a staff member is monitoring and can help. Zip up all the crash logs and server logs and post them for review. ---
