Server Version#: plexmediaserver\_1.21.0.3616-d87012962\_amd64.deb
Player Version#: various/web/shield
Unable to watch plex media library on my shield as the media server is not connected.
Restarted the PMS vm, but server remains disconnected.
Updated PMS to latest release - no resolution.
Clicked red x in authorised devices and removed server.
Logged out and back in to plex web on server to re-join - but server did not re-join.
Built a new vm and installed PMS, attempted to join it - will not join. Plex web is accessible on new server, but no option to claim new server.
Lifetime plex pass.
Please resolve ASAP.

Resolved.
Somehow, the shield plex client had become detached from the server.
Client was still showing the libraries available on the server, but had marked them inaccessible.
Logged out of the shield plex client and logged back in and was able to access the libraries again.
