# Plex media server not connecting to pc

Since the new update on 10/11/19, plex server will not connect to my media server. I’m running windows 10 with a netgear 9000 router. I’ve checked your trouble shooting links but they are no help. What settings do I need to change to get plex to work again? Everything worked perfectly prior to the update. If worse comes to worse, how do I get back to the previous version of plex server until you can get the bugs out of the newest version?
