This is not about fixing but different versions of the web app that will be updated in those other environments over time. The updates you’re referring were introduced with Plex Web 4.60 and Plex Web 4.61.

#

The usual suspects are:

- **hosted version of Plex Web → [https://app.plex.tv/desktop](https://app.plex.tv/desktop)**
This is the latest, most up-to-date version of the web app – some consider this more of the platform for early adopters (not to call it a beta platform). As of today this is Plex Web 4.61.2.

- **bundled version of Plex Web → http://[PMS IP address]:32400/web**
This version is bundled with your server. The latest public and beta versions of Plex Media Server include Plex Web 4.59.2 which does not yet include the new layout.

- **Plex for Mac/Windows**
Those apps are currently using Plex Web 4.59.2; in the past they used to be a little further behind.

Oh… Why You can’t update apps simultaneously on all platforms?

One reason certainly is that the bundled version of Plex Web can only be updated if there’s an actual upgrade to the Plex Media Server (by nature… given’t it’s bundled). Also… as the PMS and Plex for Mac/Windows desktop client have their own developments and the bundled package of Plex Web is only one aspect of those, they won’t be able to rush an update whenever there’s an update to Plex Web (e.g. if they’re in parallel packaging some other features that might not yet be ready).

Plex can however update the hosted version more frequently as it doesn’t have that dependency.

As for the feature you’re missing… it’ll get there eventually.
