# Plex Media server on Docker: cannot download subtitles

Hi,

I have Docker running on Synology and Plex installed on it. Works great, but it fails to download subtitles. Troubleshooting says to look a the opensubtitles log, but there is none ( [Troubleshooting Subtitles | Plex Support](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200274058-troubleshooting-subtitles/?utm_source=chatgpt.com))

Don’t find any error in Docker logs or in any files to see what is going on.  
Any input would be appreciated!
