We need a way to contact technical support when Plex Media Server stops working and no longer recognized by the computer. None of the guidance provides online works, and now I have a lifetime subscription to nothing!

1. Ensure that the Plex server icon is shown in your Windows task tray area,
and that it doesn’t vanish when you move your mouse pointer over it. If it isn’t there, try starting Plex Media Server using the regular Windows Start menu.
2. if you see the Plex icon, make a right-click on it and “Open Plex”.
