# Plex Media Server - Sync Issue HELP!!!!

Hello!

Recently I have been unable to sync media to any of my devices.

After the appropriate conversion the media stalls to download to my devices, both my iPad Pro and iPhone 7 Plus. I get either “waiting”, “Pending” or “downloading” but the media never makes it to the device.

I am a plex pass member, and am using the latest server release and iOS apps. The server is running on a Mac Mini. I have deleted and reinstalled the apps on both devices and the problem persists.

HELP!!!
