Server Version#: 1.41.3.9232-434341a9d-x86\_64
[Plex Media Server.1.log](https://forums.plex.tv/uploads/short-url/w2pexoFZrL5JrdgiKYTGW9cMf1S.log) (2.4 KB)

Unable to get media server working on my new computer. Done multiple uninstalls, changed install directory, etc…
Attached the log that shows the errors, if someone can make sense out of it, I’m out of ideas. If you click on the media server file, it never goes to system tray or starts running in task manager. The only clue I have is what it shows in the log, which I don’t understand.
I’m on Windows 11.

`Dec 04, 2024 18:48:44.529 [31988] ERROR - SQLITE3:0x2, 11, statement aborts at 10: [] database disk image is malformed`

You have a corrupt database:

I recommend: [GitHub - ChuckPa/PlexDBRepair: Database repair utility for Plex Media Server databases](https://github.com/ChuckPa/PlexDBRepair)

I haven’t even set it up, copied all the media data and media, but not moved it to the place it should be yet. This pretty much is on a new computer, with a fresh install.
I’ll look at the link you shared, and see if i can get it to run. Just not understanding how a database that doesn’t exist is corrupt 🤔

If you’ve not created any libraries and there is nothing really to save, you can delete the database files. Empty ones will be re-created when you restart Plex Media Server.

1. Stop Plex Media Server
2. Navigate to the Databases folder in the [Plex Data Folder](https://support.plex.tv/articles/202915258-where-is-the-plex-media-server-data-directory-located/), `%LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex Media Server\Plug-in Support\Databases`
3. Delete the files in the Databases folder.
4. Start Plex Media Server

Default location for `%LOCALAPPDATA%` is `C:\Users\User_Name\AppData\Local`. It is hidden by default. To make it visible in Windows Explorer, on the View tab check the box for Hidden Items.
