I’m running fresh install of Windows 10 on a Dell Optiplex 780 with 8 gig of RAM with an Intel® Core™ 2 Quad CPU. After installation, the program initially launched, but now nothing happens when I try to run it. I’ve tried installing in Safe mode and as the admin. ---

Do you see a Plex icon in the system tray? ![Plex Media Server on Windows, System Tray](https://support.plex.tv/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2013/09/windows-systemtray-plex.png) # This icon should have a context menu with an option to open the web app. Alternatively you can open [http://127.0.0.1:32400/web](http://127.0.0.1:32400/web) on the same machine – after you’ve finished the setup you can also use [https://app.plex.tv/desktop](https://app.plex.tv/desktop). The server itself doesn’t have a native/local user interface – it’ll run in the background and can be managed via the browser or some of the Plex clients.
