Basically, Plex Mix info is provided by the Plex Music agent. Somehow, there was a mismatch in the information for a track versus the Plex Mix info it had. i.e., Your Plex Mix info says that song #1 is similar to song #208 so when you hit Plex Mix, it will try to play #208, except it can’t find #208. Somehow the indexes for your files no longer line up with the Plex Mix info.
