# Plex mobile app can't find my server

I have used Plex for several years now. However from time to time I lose my server and try to reconnect. Can anyone supply with a simple set of instructions on how to find my home server and reconnect. As simple as possible please. Thank you

Id start by logging into your server and making sure its still online. Check the dashboard for plex and make sure its up also. Might have to restart it.
