# Plex Movie agent down?

Howdy all…anyone else having issues with Plex movie agent?

Previously recognized movies from this year are not being recognized as I was doing some manual folder consolidation. Even why I try manual match. Tried adding a popular 2023 movie I never had in my library and also not recognized.

I’ve tried the [plex dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064), reinstalled latest PMS server…same behavior…kind of stumped. Naming is correct, been using PMS for 10yrs.

Can you post your [server logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) and the movie name? Even though you say its not a naming issue, I am going to bet it probably is or a folder structure issue.

Many thanks for the reply…I noticed that the plex server updater was giving me a "something wrong, install manually " msg…so i decided to reboot the entire box and matching and the updated are fine now. Will mark this as solved.
