Plex movie content to Android phone s10

I have been a member of Plex and barely scratched the surface. I have just recently discovered the Plex capabilities and am happy and excited to start my media library. I also supported by purchasing lifetime subscription.

Plex provided movie content. I can play through my desktop computer.
However when I attempt to play a Plex Movie using my phone SamsungS10, I get an error.
The Error says
The Server is not powerful enough to convert video

Am I doing something wrong?
This is not a movie on my NAS. This is a Plex Movie. I’ve tried a few Plex Movies to play on my phone and i get the same error.

Any replies/solutions are appreciated.

in order to help you, is there any chance you could provide app logs following https://support.plex.tv/articles/201573117-android-android-tv-fire-tv-logs/

From that screen, hit “Share debugging data”, select a mail client and send them to jesus@plexapp.com.
