The Hauppauge are always finicky when it comes to the drivers, that’s why the HDHomeruns are more recommended.

Try disabling Hardware Transcoding to see if fixes any minor issues. The audio can be mis-flagged by the broadcaster but is usually a Hauppauge issue.
