I’ve been using Plex for a while now and never had an issue. With some tweaking here and there it has always successfully matched movies. Now it’s literally just stopped. I added one movie, thought it was just that movie, but have since added another 20 and would discover the match feature doesn’t even work anymore. This is the same whether I sync the whole database or attempt to match a single movie. All my existing movies are fine but anything new doesn’t work. I assume there is something wrong with the connection when searching for metadata. I just updated to the latest version. I’ve uploaded my logs.
I haven’t installed any new software, so nothing I’m aware of. Actually, something strange is going on, I was going to try running it through another browser but google Chrome is not connecting to the net because there is something wrong with the “Proxy server”. I remember I had this issue with Firefox (which I’m running Plex through) a few weeks back and the only way I got it to connect to the net was by turning off the proxy server. I’m sure this has something to do with it. But I just tried a few different proxy server settings in Firefox and they all had the same result.
