For some reason Plex refuses to show Star Trek Picard. I have used Filebot to correctly name everything and completed the plex dance with no luck. Any ideas? (Kinda new to this). Named as \Media\TV Shows\Star Trek Picard\Season 01\Star Trek Picard - S01E01 - Remembrance ---

I have done this and Plex has R/W permission for the whole media folder. It’s in the same ‘TV Shows’ folder that all the other shows are in and it has picked all of the other shows up with no issues ---

Yeah I did a reset of the permissions as you suggested and this has no effect. Do those files have embedded metadata/titles that might be throwing Plex off? ---

Here are the steps that worked for me. After moving the media into the Voyager and Pacard folders on my NAS the Plex did put the new Picard season into Voyager. On the Voyager Series I click the three dots and use the “Split Apart” command. That splits out the Picard as a second Voyager series and a quick rename and scan did the trick. ---
