As per the headline, for some reason recent uploads to my server in my photography catalogue are not generating previews, the photos open fine but plex isn’t making thumbnails, any ideas? Its started happening recently and I can resolve it I have tried the following - Repeatedly rescanning and analysing the files - Duplicating existing files that thumbnails have worked for - these don’t show thumbnails when duplicated as a test - Using a different server HDD as a source - Experimenting with different file sizes and formats Any ideas? I would note my media is stored in a USB JBOD HDD caddy. Although this shouldn’t be an issue as mentioned, older uploads show thumbnails fine. I should also note although thumbnails don’t show I can view the photos in full when selecting them.
