Server Version#:4.125.1 Player Version#:1.89.1.107-20abacd1 In the channel matching window, the left side lists channel 44.2 with the correct call letters. In the drop-down list to the right, channel 44.2 does not appear. I have tried clicking on rescan, but nothing happens, and 44.2 is still missing from the drop-down list. ---

We would likely need to see your [server logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) after trying to rescan to see what is happening. > [@kjacoby](#): > > Server Version#:4.125.1 This is the local web app version number. 1. Channel 44.2 is missing from the drop-down list on right side of channel matching window. 44.2 KPHE-HD does show on left side of window. 44.2 is missing from guide also. Both tuner and TV receive this over-the-air channel. 2. Lineup name is “Local Broadcast Listing”/ 3. Channel 44.2, KPHE-HD. 4. Not an airing issue. 5. USA 6. 86301 7. Prescott, AZ 8. 1.140.1.8227 ---
