# Plex not seeing subtitles

Hi, sorry for the late reply. Did the [Plex Dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064), cleaned bundles, empty trash etc then reloaded the episode in question and have attached the log. Hope I got it right.

Oh, and the reloaded episode still does not show the subtitles.
