> Ok I did that and my statistics still are not being updated, when I log into PMS I see activity on the activity page, but plex notify is not seeing any activity happening, do you have any idea where I could start for troubleshooting? I just installed the latest version.

Humm you are not getting any statistics at all? does the log file have anything in it?

Fresh log file uploaded, I see nothing in there. Fyi, I have a working system no issues with pms at all that I can tell (I am very tech savvy), I had noticed that notify wasn't working so I started tinkering, I also ran the clear database command in plex notify, as well as starting from scratch for everything (or at least what I presume was everything following your instructions. I did notice that pms doesn't show activity when i use the http://127.0.0.01 url on my server (windows 7) but it does when I use the actual ip of the machine, when I use the loopback I am able to browse and play and all that but no notification under activity on the pms page. So I tried with plex notify to connect to my server using that ip instead but still no dice.

Installed, still no dice, nothing is being populated, I tried to flush the database as well as a fresh install, I also tried to import my plex watch db, but that said 1040 out of 2090 rows failed to import and it still shows nothing in there, I am going to send you a donation here in the next hour or so, thanks for working on this bro, really appreciate the hard work.

Thanks. The problem is with the users using MsSqlCE (the default database) thats why I was not seeing the problem. I pushed another update that HOPEFULLY fixes the problem.

Works like a charm after the update. Donation on your way mate.

Another thing, might be something that's been discussed earlier and I missed it. I finally just made the switchover from PlexWatch a few days ago and the only thing I´m missing is the notifications via pushover of new content, since it's all automatically downloaded and imported. Is this a feature on the todo list?

edit: Heh, nvm, found it.

Yeah, in settings if you add A log file path to your server settings, you can enable IP monitoring. the {IpAddress} token will populate for messages and in the Statistics screen, on a users page, you can see the IP addresses they have used.

Sweet, something that I used quite alot in PW. Down the road, do you think that it would be possible to add a notification when the same user started playback from two different IP’s?

Would come in handy busting those users that are loaning friends and family members their accounts, amazing how friends can disregard basic guidelines.
